AFT Resolution

THANKS TO OUTGOING VICE PRESIDENTS

RESOLVED, that the delegates present express the gratitude of the members of the American Federation of Teachers to the outgoing vice presidents Patrick Daly, Bob Healey and Marvin Schuman for their long and high-quality work in behalf of all the members of the American Federation of Teachers.

Pat Daly has served for 24 years on the executive council of the American Federation of Teachers. Bob Healey has played a major role in this organization's history over the last 15 to 20 years. Marv Schuman has represented not only Philadelphia but the teachers of this nation and the other members of the AFT on the executive council with a great deal of honor as have all these vice presidents.

We would like to express our great affection, our great respect and our great thanks for what they have done for us and for our members.
