'TEACH-IN' DEMONSTRATIONS

WHEREAS, the American Federation of Teachers has historically defended teachers and freedom of thought; and

WHEREAS, the need for reaffirmation of this principle constantly arises:

RESOLVED, that the AFT supports all teachers in their right to engage in "teach-ins" demonstrations, and other forms of direct action protest.
