AFT Resolution

SPECIAL EDUCATION PROGRAMS

WHEREAS, there are federal mandates to insure equal opportunities for all children; and

WHEREAS, categorical federal education programs have provided the means to insure that these mandates are met:

RESOLVED, that the federal government support special education mandated programs and fund the cost of these services.
