AFT Resolution

SCHOOL COMMITTEE ON HUMAN RELATIONS

WHEREAS, the operation of a faculty committee on human relations in every school is needed for the development of quality integrated education:

RESOLVED, that all locals assist in establishing a committee on human relations in evening school; and

RESOLVED, that all locals immediately seek appropriate contractual provisions for the establishment of a committee on human relations in every school, meeting on compensated time; and

RESOLVED, that all locals immediately seek contractual provisions for the establishment of a joint Union-Administration Committee on Human Relations to aid in the development and implementation of a program of cultural and ethnic interaction and education.
