PENSION HEALTH AND WELFARE BENEFITS

WHEREAS, mounting medical costs have added a serious financial burden to retirees:

RESOLVED, that efforts be made to improve the various state pension plans by including health and welfare benefits to supplement Medicare and health maintenance organizations where available. (Executive Council)
