INTERPRETATION OF CONVENTION RESOLUTIONS

RESOLVED, that the Executive Council has the right to interpret convention resolutions regarding tuition tax credits for private schools to allow the AFT to contribute to candidates who now take a position opposing tax vouchers for private schools.
