AFT Resolution

ERA RATIFICATION SUPPORT

WHEREAS, the AFT supports the inclusion of the Equal Rights Amendment into the United States Constitution:

RESOLVED, that the AFT reaffirm its support of the Equal Rights Amendment as the 27th Amendment to the United States Constitution; and

RESOLVED, that the AFT members who reside in non-ERA ratified states continue to work to convince their state legislators of the importance of ratification at the earliest possible date.
