CROSSING AFT PICKET LINES

WHEREAS, the existence of AFT locals with common employers may lead to serious problems in strike situations:

RESOLVED, that this convention directs the AFT Executive Council to study this problem and to present to the  1980 AFT Convention a proposed AFT picket line policy consistent with trade union principles which provides stronger guidance to AFT locals.
