CHANGES IN FOREIGN POLICY

WHEREAS, there have been recent diplomatic initiatives toward China and the Soviet Union:

RESOLVED, that the AFT commends such initiatives and supports future developments of these initiatives in so far as they bring a lessening in world tensions and more programs of cultural, scientific and educational exchanges for the educational community.
