ALEKSANDR GINZBURG

RESOLVED, that the American Federation of Teachers, through its Executive Council, encourage and urge President Carter and our state department to work in behalf of the people held as prisoners in bonds and chains in the Soviet Union for their desire to express freedom of thought.
