ACTION AGAINST AIDS

WHEREAS, the National Commission on AIDS has issued its 1991 report, which includes well-conceived recommendations for federal action:

RESOLVED, that this convention call on the president to implement, immediately and completely, the recommendations of the National Commission on AIDS.
