Employer changes to adjunct faculty workloads and the Affordable Care Act

The table below chronicles the institutions found to have restricted the work assignments of adjunct or part-time faculty in order to avoid Affordable Care Act (ACA) requirements to provide health insurance to employees working more than 30 hours a week.
