AFT Resolution

FEDERAL SCHOLARSHIPS

WHEREAS, scholarships enable students of moderate means to attend college; and

WHEREAS, most of these grants cover only tuition:

RESOLVED, that the AFT cause federal legislation to be introduced expanding federal scholarship programs to cover living expenses, books, and all other college expenses.
