AFT Resolution

PART-TIME FACULTY

WHEREAS, the misuse and abuse of part-time faculty in higher education is detrimental to both programs and the bargaining agent; and

WHEREAS, the AFT is dedicated to the highest quality of educational services and programs:

RESOLVED, that the AFT reaffirm its commitment to develop a coherent and clear strategy to organize and bargain for part-time faculty.
