TEACH 2017 Registration

Registration is now open for TEACH 2017. 


SUBMITTED BEFORE JUNE 1:

New Teacher (teaching 1-3 years)/PSRP Member/Retiree$150
Non-AFT Member$300
Family, Friends and Visitors (Expo reception and brunch)$  50

SUBMITTED AFTER JUNE 1:

AFT Member and Local/State Staff$250
New Teacher (teaching 1-3 years)/PSRP Member/Retiree$200
Non-AFT Member$350
Family, Friends and Visitors (Expo reception and brunch)$  60

Included in your conference registration

  • Conference bag;
  • Admission to all plenary sessions;
  • Attendance at pre-registered boot camp sessions—space permitting;
  • Welcome Reception, Thursday, July 20; and
  • TEACH Closing Brunch, Saturday, July 22.
  • Family, Friends and Visitors who wish to attend the welcome reception or closing brunch will need to purchase a ticket.

Cancellations or substitutions

Registration cancellations must be submitted in writing to Tina Stewart by e-mail (teach@aft.org). There is a $50 cancellation fee for cancellations made after June 30, 2017. Refunds will be made after the conference. Substitutions are allowed at any time, preferably in writing.

Special accommodations

The AFT will make every effort to ensure that accommodations at the Marriott are in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). If a TEACH 2017 participant anticipates a special need as a result of a disability, the participant should contact Kitty Owens in the AFT convention, meetings and travel department at 800/238-1133, ext. 4514 or e-mail kowens@aft.org no later than Wednesday, June 7.
