General: If you could ask the Republican presidential candidates one question they haven’t answered so far, what would it be?

A question I would like to ask a Republican Presidential Candidate is to list two things he would do to reverse the outsourcing of American businesses from foreign nations.

I would like to ask Republicans if austerity is the best way for this country to get back on track. If so, what does it mean for the wealthy in this country? Does this mean they don't get their Bush Tax cuts anymore, or do they mean austerity for the people who are struggling to make ends meet? We can't have it both ways folks. If we are going to be strict about how we spend our tax dollars, shouldn't austerity be done across the board? I consider myself an independent in most elections, but I question Republican motives and am looking at voting for Democrats this election year. I think they connect better with my needs.

We believe your not living in the real world of the average American citizen. You wish to tear down the Obama Care Program wwhich covers their onlyInsurance Program. Your Health Care is provided for you by the US Govt. which is us who is paying your salary as well as your benefits But don't want to help the middle class & the Poor!! I think in the long run, the Obama Care program will be less expensive than Private Ins. which will cost 127% per cent more than it did 2 years ago. I think your Playing Politics to advance the Republican Goals of taking Care of The Rich & "to Hell with The Middle Class & Poor

I believe most of the actions taken over the last few years economically were to benefit American business. I would like to see more action toward the "people" as our government is supposed to represent. Will you value the individuals instead of big business? The bail out would have best served individuals who could then have supported business who would have survived. Instead, individuals are daily being minimalized. What will you do to bring this nation back to a "land of the people"? What can I tell my high school students about the future?

Mr. Romney. You make over $57,000 dollars a day for doing nothing but keeping your money in the Cayman Islands. That is over $400,000 dollars a week for doing nothing, but living off the wealth of your massive investments. I would like to know what you think a fair wage should be in America. If the average American’s work was worth just 1% of what you make for doing nothing, then the wage would be $100 an hour. Would that be excessive for hard working men and women?

If the main driving force of the US economy is consumer consumption, what direct and specific policies would you implement to get consumers spending again? Keep in mind that they need jobs & income. They may need to borrow for big ticket items (if they have jobs) -How would you encourage/direct banks to help solve these economic issues?

When are people going to stop blaming teachers for all the problems in the public school system, and start giving some accountability to the parents? We are not in it for the money! Our school budget was cut again this year. I have spent over $300 just to give "rewards" to my two classes. That does not cover the other hundreds of dollars for buying my own boxes of paper, etc. It's time to get lawmakers and politicians into the classrooms for a week - see how they survive.

When is the, "Grand Old Party," going to confront reality, and serve the interests of the majority of the country? We need a strong Middle Class to have a strong economy, yet all of the verbiage is about weakening the Middle Class and creating a more privileged aristocracy. Remember the lessons of history. We need to grow the economy not pander to the wealthiest few Americans.

Since our country is based on Freedom of Religion allowing all citizens the opportunity to practice and embrace each of many religious faiths and non-religious beliefs, how would you as the President of the United States lead the people to feel the freedom to safely worship or not worship in their own way while not forgetting the separation of Church and State in governing this country. When topics such as abortion, equality, evolution, tolerance and issues related to all diverse people including gays, Muslems, atheists and non-whites which have religious roots are being discussed why should your religious beliefs be more significant?

Why is the Republican Party focused on passing controversial social issues as opposed to passing a jobs plan? Many public sector employees have lost their jobs which has increased the unemployment rate. How do they explain this to the American people?

Do you think that the founders of this country would agree with the supreme court that corporations should be able to spend unlimited sums to influence elections? Do you agree with the supreme court's 5 to 4 ruling that corporations and unions have the same right to free speech as people, even when the granting of that right has the potential to overwhelm the electoral process?

Why is it okay for Senators and military to have single payer healthcare ( the "payer"being the tax payers), yet it is evil socilisim if the taxpayers themselves have it? Why is it okay to lie to the American people everyday trying to convince them you care about the average person, when it is clear the whole GOP only cares for money in their pockets and corporate rule?!

Why do you consider money spent on the public sector in the form of services provided to the public as well as the salaries and benefits of public employees a "drain on the economy" while money paid to private corporations in the form of no-bid contracts, unregulated prices and tax breaks to the wealthiest individuals merely the "cost of doing business." Should not tax breaks to so-called "job creators" actually go to those who are actually creating the jobs here?

I,among many of the Middle Class, are tired of bearing the burden of lazy Americans who may or may not be new to our country. The deficits in this country are due to the moneymakers who seem to benefit in letting people soak off the system as well as gaining tax breaks and the ability to maneuver assets in their favor. Why is it that the people who play by the rules end up taking on the burden of those who are above the law, know how to work the system and cover up what they committed unlawfully. The patriotism in this country will certainly wain once again unless the candidates can hold those responsible for this mess accountable.
