Higher Education: Demand for a college education is growing, even as state support shrinks. How are you stretching resources to meet the needs of your students?
I created an entire quantitative genetics lab that only requires a sheet of paper, a pencil, and about 10 inches of tape.
I recently retired. I know that a college education goes a long ways at getting people out of proverty. Many of my community college students were on welfare. They are now contributing to society. Many of these students were able to be a support system for their children. Many of these EX student's children are doctors, lawyers, teachers and other professionals and are contributing to society. They did not repeat the welfare cycle.
