AFT PSRP membership, as of July 2004: 197,739

Number of PSRPs AFT represents: more than 280,000

States in which membership growth exceeded 1,000 in last two years: Alaska, California, Colorado, Illinois and New York

Of 92 new AFT charters since the last convention, number that are PSRP locals: 48, or 52 percent

Of 148 AFT election victories since the last convention, number that were PSRP units: 57, or 39 percent

Total number of potential new members from those elections: 7,965
